I ran for chairperson of the Marshfield Democratic Town Committee on the platform of reimagining how the DTC works, functions, and engages with its voter base. The theme for this effort is do good often. Committees do this by hosting engagement events and using committee members to do neighbor-to-neighbor outreach to invite 50 of their democratic households into their neighborhood. The outreach is done by whatever the volunteer wants to use.

Over the summer, the team has spent a lot of time planning and setting up for a fall rollout of the GCA process. During this time, the committee has been able to grow its activist base from 4 people to 34 while doubling its fundraising. September starts the committee's rollout of GCa, and so far every event has exceeded expectations for attendance.  PDF
