The newest tool in the Democratic Party's grassroots organizing toolkit is texting. Right now, it appears to be focused only on fundraising. The GCA process uses
texting as a social organizing event and a way to invite voters to civic engagement events. In this video, Celie and I talk about how Hull DTC used text banks during the 2022 election cycle.
